Your life, woven

Weft is a personal calendar that tracks everything — health, work, home, mood, travel — and shows you the patterns of your world

YOU'RE A WHOLE PERSON — NOT A SERIES OF MEETINGS AND APPOINTMENTS

Most people think they know their own patterns. They don't.You think you exercise regularly. Your calendar says 3 times in 6 weeks.You think stress is random. Weft shows it peaks every time you travel for work.You think your pain is unpredictable. Your data says it follows your cycle within 48 hours.Weft doesn't tell you what to do. It shows you what's true.TRACK EVERYTHING YOU WANT TO TRACKWeft is not a habit tracker. Habit trackers are about building new behaviors. Weft is about understanding the life you already have — all of it, in one place.
One tap logs a workout, a migraine, a client call, a glass of wine, a good mood, a bad night's sleep. Whatever matters to you, Weft tracks it. No streaks to break, no behavior to fix — just a clear record of your actual life.

YOUR CALENDARS MIRRORED IN Multiple calendars, one view

Weft connects to Google Calendar and Apple Calendar and mirrors your existing events — a read-only reflection. Weft never touches or changes your real calendars; your meetings and appointments simply appear alongside your personal tracking.And when one of those events matters to you, turn it into a trackable event with a tap — so the things worth remembering become part of your patterns, not just one-off appointments.
Your work calendar. Your personal life. Your health log. Your mood. All on the same day.
SEE YOUR PATTERNSWeft lays your tracked life out on a timeline, so you can see what tends to follow what — the tired days after the gym, the stress before a deadline. Over weeks and months, the picture sharpens.
Free covers your recent weeks. Pro opens up your full history and long-range trends

Effective date: June 1,2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Weft app ("the App"), provided by [YOUR LEGAL NAME OR "Weft"] ("we," "us"). By using Weft, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. What Weft is
Weft is a personal calendar and tracking app that lets you log and review the parts of your life you choose to track, and see patterns over time. Weft is for personal, informational use only.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Weft. If you are under 18, you may use Weft only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Keep this consistent with the age in your Privacy Policy.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login details secure. Please let us know if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
4. Your content
The data you create in Weft is yours. To provide the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content back to you on your devices. We do not claim ownership of your content, and we do not use it for advertising.
5. Connecting calendars
If you connect Google Calendar or Apple Calendar, you authorize Weft to read your events for display within the App. This access is read-only, and you can disconnect at any time. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms.
6. Subscriptions and payments
Weft offers optional paid features ("Pro"). Subscriptions are purchased and billed through your Apple App Store account. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, subscriptions renew automatically. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Payment, billing, and refunds are subject to Apple's terms. [Edit this section to match your final pricing model — and remove it entirely if you launch without paid features.]
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App — including not using it for unlawful purposes, not attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, and not interfering with other users or our systems.
8. Not medical or professional advice
Weft is a personal tracking tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Any patterns or insights it surfaces are informational only. Always consult a qualified professional for decisions about your health or other important matters.

Weft — Privacy Policy
Effective date: June 1, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how "Weft" ("Weft," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Weft app ("the App"). By using Weft, you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
Account information. When you create an account, we collect the email address you use to sign up. Your password is handled securely by our authentication provider and is not stored in readable form. (If you later add Sign in with Apple or Google: "If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive a basic account identifier from that provider.")
The content you create. Weft stores the information you choose to track — your icons, entries, events, and notes, along with any details you add to them. Because Weft lets you track any part of your life, this may include personal or sensitive information you choose to log, such as health, mood, or cycle details. This content is yours, and we use it only to provide the App to you.
Calendar data (only if you connect a calendar). If you choose to connect Google Calendar or Apple Calendar, Weft reads your existing calendar events so it can display them alongside your tracking. This connection is read-only — Weft does not create, change, or delete anything in your Google or Apple calendars. You can disconnect at any time.
Limited technical information. We may collect basic technical and diagnostic information needed to operate the App and fix problems, such as error logs and general device information. [CONFIRM: edit this to match what you actually collect. If you use no analytics, you can say so explicitly.]
How we use your information
We use your information to:
Provide, maintain, and sync your account and your tracked data;
Respond to your support requests;
Diagnose problems and improve the App.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
How your information is stored and protected
Your data is stored using Supabase, our backend and database provider. It is encrypted in transit (between your device and our servers) and at rest (on the servers where it is stored). Weft is not end-to-end encrypted — our service provider stores your data in a form that can be processed in order to provide the App.
Who we share information with
We share information only with:
Service providers who help us run the App, such as Supabase (data storage and authentication) [and edit to match what you use — e.g. Apple and Google for sign-in, and Apple/RevenueCat for subscription billing];
Legal authorities, where required by law or to protect rights and safety.
These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
Health and other sensitive information
You may choose to log health-related or other sensitive information in Weft. We treat this as your private content: we do not sell it, and we do not share it except as described above. Please note that Weft is a personal tracking tool, not a healthcare provider — your data is not covered by HIPAA, and Weft does not provide medical advice.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the App. When you do, your account and your tracked data are removed.
Children
Weft is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under that age. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Your choices and rights
You can access, correct, and delete your data directly in the App. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA, including the right to access or delete your personal information. To exercise these, contact us at [email protected].
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the effective date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the App.
